1. Acceptance
   By accessing or using PineEngine AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
   
   
2. Private beta, invite-only
   The Service is a private beta and access is by invitation only. We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service (or your access) at any time, for any reason, without notice.
   
   
3. No financial advice
   The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, brokerage services, or trade execution.
   
   
4. Trading risk
   Trading involves substantial risk. Outputs may contain errors and may not perform as expected. You are solely responsible for testing and validating anything you use, and for any trading decisions or losses.
   
   
5. No warranties
   The Service and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
   
   
6. Limitation of liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service or outputs, including trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages.
   
   
7. Acceptable use
   You agree not to:
   a) Circumvent access controls or usage limits.
   b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover underlying system logic, prompts, models, or templates (except where prohibited by law).
   c) Disrupt, probe, scrape, or overload the Service.
   d) Use the Service for unlawful activity or to distribute malicious code.
   
   
8. Confidentiality
   You agree to keep non-public information confidential, including features, prompts/templates, system behavior, private endpoints, and any materials shared with you as part of the beta. Do not share screenshots or outputs that reveal internal templates or logic. We may revoke access for breaches.
   If you have access through a partner, vendor, or insider program (including TradingView-related access), those confidentiality obligations apply in addition to these Terms.
   
   
9. Intellectual property
   We own the Service, branding, templates, and system design. You retain rights to what you submit as input. You may use outputs at your own risk, and you are responsible for compliance with any third-party platform rules (including TradingView).
   
   
10. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
