Pine Engine AI is a private beta. We collect limited information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
What we collect
- Basic usage data and device information (such as pages visited, timestamps, browser type, and IP address).
- Error and security logs.
- If you are an invited beta user, account/access identifiers and beta status.
- If you submit content through the Service, we may process and log your inputs and generated outputs for debugging, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and usage patterns. We also use Hotjar to understand how visitors interact with the site (for example, clicks and scroll behavior).
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers used to run the Service (hosting, databases, analytics, logging) and when required by law or to protect the Service from abuse.
