- Acceptance
By accessing or using Pine Engine AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- Private beta, invite-only
The Service is an invite-only private beta. We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service (or your access) at any time, with or without notice.
- Description of Service
The Service provides software tools that generate and/or transform TradingView Pine Script® code and related outputs based on user inputs. Outputs are generated code and supporting text. We do not provide brokerage services, order routing, trade execution, or investment advice.
- No financial advice; research use only
The Service and outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Trading involves substantial risk. Outputs may contain errors and may not perform as expected. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, backtesting, validating, and monitoring any output before any live use, and for all trading decisions and losses.
- Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Circumvent access controls, usage limits, or paywalls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover underlying system logic, prompts, models, templates, private endpoints, or source code (except where prohibited by law).
- Disrupt, probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service for unlawful activity, to distribute malicious code, or to violate third-party rights or platform rules.
- Confidentiality (beta)
Non-public information is confidential, including features, prompts/templates, system behavior, private endpoints, and materials shared as part of the beta. Do not share screenshots or outputs that reveal internal templates or proprietary logic. We may revoke access for breaches.
If you have access through a partner, vendor, or insider program (including TradingView-related access), those confidentiality obligations apply in addition to these Terms.
- Intellectual property; inputs and outputs
We own the Service, branding, templates, and system design, including any proprietary scaffolding, orchestration, and execution-layer patterns. You retain your rights in content you submit as input.
Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs at your own risk. You may not represent our templates/system design as your own, and you may not redistribute any portion of outputs that materially reveals proprietary templates, scaffolding, or system behavior.
- Third-party platforms and compliance
You are responsible for complying with third-party terms and rules (including TradingView). We are not responsible for any third-party restrictions, removals, moderation actions, account limits, or bans related to your use of outputs.
- No warranties
The Service and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
- Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service or outputs, including trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform rules.
- Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
