Partners may promote Pine Engine AI using their own websites, blogs, newsletters, social media platforms, or other legitimate online channels.
Traffic from all countries is generally accepted. However, partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations within their jurisdiction.
The following practices are not permitted:

- Spamming or sending unsolicited promotional messages.
- Purchasing Pine Engine AI subscriptions through your own referral link.
- Operating multiple affiliate accounts.
- Manipulating referral tracking links or modifying embedded widgets in a way that alters attribution.

Commission eligibility requirements:
- The user must be a new Pine Engine AI customer.
- The user must subscribe using the partner’s referral link.
- The subscription must be successfully completed and paid.
Commissions apply only to paid subscriptions and do not include additional services, refunds, or canceled purchases.
Refunds or chargebacks will be deducted from the partner’s commission balance.
Commissions are calculated monthly based on internal platform records.
3. Referral Attribution
Referral tracking is handled through browser cookies.
- Cookie duration: 90 days
If a user clicks a partner referral link, a tracking cookie will be stored in their browser for 90 days.
If that user registers and purchases a subscription within this period, the referral will be credited to the partner.
Referral attribution applies only to new users.
4. Payouts
Partner commissions are paid monthly.
Payments are typically issued within 40 days after the end of the payout period.
Payments are currently processed through PayPal.
Partners must provide a valid PayPal email address in order to receive payments. Incorrect or missing payment information may result in delayed or rejected payouts.
Partners are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains accurate.
5. Verification
Pine Engine AI reserves the right to verify partner traffic sources before approving withdrawals.
Partners may be asked to provide information regarding how they promote Pine Engine AI, including:
- Website URLs
- Social media profiles
- Content channels used to drive traffic
This verification process helps maintain the integrity of the partner program.
6. Responsibility
Pine Engine AI reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions if a partner violates program rules or uses dishonest tactics to generate referrals.
Accounts found to be in violation of these rules may be suspended or permanently removed from the partner program.
Partners are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Partners are also responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to commission payments.
7. Program Changes
Pine Engine AI reserves the right to modify or update these Partner Program Rules at any time.
Partners are responsible for reviewing the rules periodically to remain informed of any changes.
